Disapointed with their customer service. My solar system has been broke down for 3 weeks. I reported it to sunridge over 2 weeks ago and still have not heard from a technician to come and trouble shoot it. When I have been able to get a hold of someone there they keep telling me I'll here from there electrician soon. Still nothing. I hope I get some results soon.
