Ive noticed a common thread in these reviews. People love the sales experience and then hate the service experience. Im in the latter category. No returned phone calls after multiple attempts. Finally get someone who seems to have a pulse and all she does is make promised that someone will call me back (they never do). She blames employee turnover on all the missed connections. Dont know if its true but Im a customer and no one seems to care about me, why should they care about their employees? STAY AWAY!-Update: it seems as though, when I wrote the above review. I had the bad luck to get stuck in a black hole of product support. Since writing the review I was able to make contact with the company and resolve all of my issues. Once I climbed out of the black hole I got responsive and highly competent support from everyone I worked with. I wont raise the rating to 5 stars because I should never have been in the black hole to begin with, but I take back most of what I said above. Thanks to Marlena, Vinny, and Driss for being so helpful!

My husband and I decided to go solar in the summer of 2019 after we purchased a home. We also chose to bundle up and get a new roof (yes, roof was eligible for 30% federal credit too!). I did a lot of research and narrowed it down to 4 different solar companies, taking over 2 months to nitpick each one. The quotes greatly varied in price, but we ended up choosing middle-of-the-pack Sigora for the customer service, the system guarantee, and their transparency. I learned a TON about solar panels (grid-tied vs battery vs hybrid, what happens during a power outage, who offers 1-1 credits....), and they are definitely not the right fit for every home/business (every state has different options, so keep that in mind). I highly suggest you do your due diligence and speak to multiple people who had them installed from different companies, and then make your selection based on what is the right fit for YOU. We've had them for about 9 months now, we were able to build up credits to make a big dent in our winter heating bill, and our goal is to stock up enough credits this year to have a $0 electric bill this winter. And yes, the federal credit came through on my tax refund this year! Sigora has been very fair with us and made good on all their promises. The app is very easy to use and helps me understand how much solar energy my array produces (while my electric bill helps me understand how my family uses energy during different seasons) so that I can get the most out of our system. The entire Sigora Solar experience has been wonderful. From the initial discussion and consult with Brian Ventura through the process of installing the panels, communicating with those in the office, the electricians, to the energy audit with Aubrey Hughes and his team (including Casey), these people are nothing but exceptional. All of the individuals who were involved in this process were not only courteous, friendly, informative and professional, but they always made me feel like the solar installation at my home, as well me as an individual, really mattered to them and the company that they proudly represent. I can see why Sigora Solar is the amazing company it is--- all this and I am already saving on my energy cost. Thanks to you all.

Excellent energy assessment - informed us of insulation and ventilation needs. Replaced all bulbs with LED, made suggestions for improvements. Will insulate attic. Informative and friendly.

Sigora's Aubrey Hughes stopped by yesterday to do the efficiency upgrades on my house, the last step in our solar install. He was professional and friendly and we worked together to find solutions that worked for both of us. I feel like I understand my house a lot better now. I'm excited to make my own power!
