This company is a scam and a cheat dont trust them full of lies and dishonest sales personnel. - old post They tell you when you get your tax credit back put the money towards the loan it is all lies. I didnt get any money from how the sales person explained it. Now Im also trying to fight a battle against the customer service team: they wont come out and do repairs. They left equipment and parts on my roof. Still to this date nothing has happened over 1year. - posted 19 June 2020

I am consistently harassed by the sales people at Powerhome Solar. I have received 5 phone calls today, and 22 phone calls from them over the last four days.

I was pretty impressed with how quickly the company showed up and installed the product and in one day. The associates were friendly and respectful. My yard and driveway were not left in ideal condition, but I have never really had any individual or company that cared near as much as myself in repairing what they tear up or in making things look aesthetically pleasing. It did rain the night before the install, but the following day was very nice and warm and dry.All in all, they did a nice job and were efficient at the project.
