20 yr member. Concern about right of way maintenance this year. Got a prompt call-back, knowledgeable field supervisor on the line; helpful without promising anything just on my description. Going to follow up with an onsite review since i gave them lead time. This is entirely normal quality for NOVEC. From outage resolution to custom tree trim requests to accepting late payments ... I'm glad to be member.

Frequent lights flickering and power 'hits'. Called electrician to check panel. He found no issues, then looked at the meter box outside. Found that the neutral wire had partially pulled out from lug (see photo). Left a voicemail for emergency service at 1:30 PM. Within 30 minutes, NOVEC arrived, and by 2:30 PM, they fixed the problem. They said the wire had settled over time causing the issue (home is 16 years old). Thanks NOVEC!

We called in Friday at 4:30pm due to confusion between Dominion and Novec. Moved new to Fairfax area, and 90+ degree temperature in August 2nd, they asked us politely stay without power for the weekend.

I would like to get a petition for Novec to be removed. Please respond to sign this petition. I will post an email address upon interest to remove Novec.For those who have never had any issues doesn't mean others are not. When you are elderly and can't pay your bill or you lose your job or a single parent I hope your review is still the same. Talk to others who have issues and if you are able to help others do so.
