This family owned and operated company is wonderful. They are honest, knowledgeable, professional and the type of company all others strive to be. We have used them for the last 15 years and have never been disappointed.In fall they instaled a new HVAC system in our home and it has cut our propane usage down to 1/4. Whenever I call for help they are there that same day. They treat all their customers with the respect and responsiveness they deserve. It's always a sinking feeling when the heating or AC stop working, but I am so grateful for a friend's referral to Twin Air. They showed up the next day and were extremely polite, kept my home clean, and talked me through the issue. They also provided various options (and how long each option would give me on the existing system). There was no pressure on whether or not to fix or replace, they just provided a lot of information and gave me space to decide what I wanted to do. I also appreciated multiple quotes, and the pros & cons of each. We ended up getting an entirely new HVAC system (with steam humidifier). It's been whisper quiet, and made the home MUCH more comfortable in the ever-changing Virginia weather. Their pricing was very fair, and even offered up to 5 years 0% interest financing to help us weather the impact of an unexpected expense. All in all, they are great and we'll continue to use their services for bi-annual maintenance going forward.
