Rude. We are moving to the area from out of town and the lady I talked to on the phone was rude, had an attitude, talked to me like I was stupid, did not help, and hung up on me. Extremely poor customer service and its disappointing that moving into our first house and to a new area started this way, and to know that for the foreseeable future this will be our service provider.

Power went out. Two hours later had power back on. You guys definitely look out for your customers! Keep it up!!

Very helpful, nice people in the office. Easy to pay bill online. I love that they offer solar now! That is progressive and exciting. Move into the 21st Century. Now, if we could get the power to stay on in wind storms. It is much better than it use to be. Keep up the good work with offering alternative power and now, possibly internet coming our way. And their fees are way less than other power companies. My parents in another state pay double what I pay, so the people on here complaining wouldn't probably be able to afford having other companies either. And the one complaining about reconnect fee, that sounds like they didn't pay the bill and it had to be turned back on. Or the one who is complaining about a large deposit, is because you have bad credit. It isn't the power companies fault you can't afford it or have bad credit. You think we others on here can't figure that out.

This company has been great. They are always quick to fix an outage when it occurs. When we first moved into our home, we were concerned with our electric bill and decided to add a solar array to help with costs. CVEC came right out to inspect/finalize our meters days before they were actually required to so we could start producing our own energy. Our bill still was high even after the panels. Long story short it was an extremely inefficient heat pump driving the costs and nothing to do with cvec or the panels. Our bill is now on average below 60$ a month and now we are in line for the sweet internet that will be soon provided by this company. Hooray.

Poor customer service. I didn't have trouble getting through to them which was refreshing, but the customer service wasn't very helpful and they certainly seemed unaware that the COVID-19 pandemic was happening.
