Its a shame that PGEC cant post updates or any information at all when our service is interrupted. All we get when we call is a canned response about no estimated time of restoration. My mom lives in a very rural area in the western part of Virginia and her electric cooperative posts a status every time there is an outage. All we hear are crickets
