Staff great. Installers great. Clean and quick. Told me what I needed to know without talking to me all day. New AC worked the first day! Would use them again, easy decision.

The technician Brandon Crawly, did an outstanding job providing option 1 generator maintenance to my Kohler generator. He called me to let me know that he was on his way to my house. Brandon arrived on time and explain to me how he will do the maintenance on my generator. Brandon explain to me that ants can cause damage to a generator. Therefore, I put down ant bat to prevent ants from getting into the generator. He also recommended that I replace my battery every 3 to 4 years and the spark plugs should be replace every 2 years for optimum performance. Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable.

They have done several projects at our home. The latest being the installation of a standby generator at our home in Charles City. Professional and friendly from everyone in the office, the installation crew, including Mr. Green who came out to inspect for the estimate. Utilizing them again. Totally satisfied!

If you value your money don't go with this company. I have just moved into Chester VA a month ago. I had only been in my house for about 2 weeks before I noticed a problem with the electricity. My husband use to be an electrician in the military, but he is disabled now and cannot work the way he use to. In an effort to please me, he said it would be ok for me to hire an electrician. Davis and Green charge $110.00 per hour to come out and fix whatever is wrong. I said fine, fully expecting to have to pay $600.00 or more have the problem fixed. When the electricians got there, my husband explained to them exactly what the problem was in detail. 4 hours after that, the electrician comes to us and says 'I am baffled. I don't know what to do, but I have another job to get to. We will have to come back and figure this one out.' AND THEN HANDS US A BILL FOR $440.00!!!! So yes, he did basically nothing for 4 hours and expected to be paid. After arguing with my husband, during which time the lights literally switched off on us while he was standing there trying to say that it MIGHT hold for a while, he reduced the bill by $24.00. My husband called the office to express his disgust. After about 45 minutes of back and forth we all agreed to reduce the bill down to $208.00, which is equivalent to 2 hours of work and a small discount for my husband being military. Then they wanted us to schedule another appointment so they could give us an estimate to do the project. HERE IS THE BOTTOM LINE: INSTEAD OF BEING PROFESSIONAL AND REASONABLE BY KEEPING THEIR COSTUMERS INFORMED, THIS COMPANY WILL FIDDLE AROUND IN YOUR HOUSE FOR HOURS, DO NOTHING AND THEN WANT YOU TO PAY. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY!
