I recently moved here from a small town in western Panama. We had frequent power outages there, but most were restored in less time than here in Richmond. Its shameful to be bested by a small area in a developing country.

This is the worst Energy provider company ever. I have never seen any company charge so many excessive, unnecessary fees for no reason.

Updated to 2 stars, they waived an inspection apparently. I'm in a different state and they expected me to be there to start the service? Confused as ever, I hope I dont run into issues...

No 24 hr service has made it difficult to solve urgent matters especially on weekends when they close. Should at least be open for a couple of hours on weekends.

The fees that we pay are ridiculous and it's difficult for anyone to explain them in a manner that makes sense.
