We had an excellent consultation and everything that followed was on schedule and delivered as promised. Every team member we spoke to was extremely helpful. They were very thoughtful in trying to make the process clear, transparent, and as easy as possible.Got the quote from online competitive bidding site and was one of the lowest price, turn key contractor and American manufactured Solar panels.Meanwhile also got quote from other local companies and National leader, and found Green Brilliance was the most competitive in terms of cost and quality of material and high rated Contractor in the area. Signed Contract on Aug 2019 and got the system started in Nov 2019. I finance the system to purchase instead of leasing it so their financial partner offered multiple option to finance which was again helpful to choose as per monthly installment. Helped me to filed State rebate, registration with SREC provided and provided me the PEARL certification.Marketing team never push me to close the deal. Found some deviation from the agreed layout in the installation but once I voice my concern they hear me and took action to correct it and provided me a fixed value discount rate for future roof repair cost, As the system life is 40yrs and I know I have to change my roof before that. That speaks the customer loyalty to me from the management team as we are not always right all the time and to gain the trust for such a long term partnership of 25 yrs. which is the warranty period for labor and equipment.System is working fine, producing slightly more than expected. The panels are helping to cool the attic space so do the top floor. I am happy to switch Green and the work from Green Brilliance.All the best to the team and future customer who are looking to switch Green.

GreenBrilliance did an amazing job on our project. We had a great deal of solar panels added to our roof, along with a squirrel-guard to prevent problems with small animals getting under the panels and chewing on wires. The team was able to get everything installed in a day and worked closely with Pepco (our electric company) and the county on the permitting process. We were very happy with the work that was done by the team!

From beginning to end, I found everyone at GreenBrilliance informative and helpful in the process. The sales team professionally explained my options and walked me through the steps for installing the system and how I would receive my rebate. The install crew was on top of their game as well. They answered all my questions and were thoughtful about explaining the installation and how the system would work. The system GreenBrilliance installed is of top most quality, with their extremely high performing PV panels, well-engineered solution and great workmanship. Their pricing was the most competitive and they delivered a superior product in a timely manner.

Do Not Use. I signed a contract expecting, based on the proposal from Green Brilliance, a 10-week process for a residential solar install. It is now at 16 months and I do not have a fully operational system. They routinely schedule and reschedule at the last minute, their communication has been poor at best, and their customer service is non-existent. I am filing a complaint with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission for breach of contract. I have been paying for a non-operational system for months.
