Horrible customer service. The inexperienced staff is rude and condescending. Its too bad theres no alternative to their service. I would be the first in line to make a change.
Puget Sound History
Its hard for a utility to get high reviews, no one wants to pay bills. These guys are great though. When my power has gone out a few times over 11 years they are quick to get it back on, even at 8pm in the snow. Remember people this company is owned by the customers so be nice to yourself and give them a accurate review.
