I had an odd transaction due to Covid-19 lender changes and Mary Miller and team were there to assist in anyway that they could. They were quick to respond to the changes and were a fantastic help when things felt sticky. They worked through the issues and were ready to close early. We chose to close on the original date, but they made the transaction flow so smoothly. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a great transaction.

We have had two closings with Guardian. They are professional and polite. Their fees were less than the mortgage company's preferred company, and they are able to file with the counties electronically.
