Im highly frustrated. I called a month ago to set up a new account since I moved into a new home. The customer service representative told me I could not set up and account, my complex would have to contact them and set it up. So I said ok. Finally a month goes by and I called them today to ask them why I still havent received a bill. Adam (customer service rep) said I had to email them and set it up myself. He also sounded grumpy and did not care at all that I was given the wrong information. He wanted to get me off the phone. He was more bothered than anything. Im highly annoyed. Now Ill have a 2 month electric bill because they obviously dont know what theyre doing or the communication in that office is highlyLacking.

I was charged for well over a week of service AFTER I moved out of my apt. Though I informed this company ahead of the exact day when I'd no longer be living at the billing address. The landlord wouldn't pay for the service they alone used, so Vera stuck me with the bill and I had to get it taken care of or else. Horrible that this can be done to a customer, unethical.

Been with them for over 30 years. Always friendly service and very competitive rates especially for water.
