I had an inverter fail that was installed by the now defunct Offset Solar. I contact Northwest Renewables for support and was told someone would get back to me shortly. After waiting a week with no response, I called again and was put in touch with a project manager. I provided him the information he would need to check on my system and get parts on order under warranty from SolarEdge. After almost two more weeks with no response to my emails and phone messages, I contacted PCI Renewables. Within just a few hours they had my issue diagnosed remotely and parts ordered under warranty.I finally heard from Northwest Renewables and was told they couldn't help me for at least two months.I lost three weeks of production in a very sunny July because Northwest Renewables failed to communicate to me that they wouldn't/couldn't help me. Between Offset Solar and Northwest Renewables, it seems that the solar industry in Spokane is extremely flaky.

I purchased a solar power system from Northwest Renewables. I started the process in the spring and finally made the decision in May. The team was very easy to work with and gave me the best deal on a dollar/KWh basis. I primarily worked with Grant Neely on this system. I found Grant to be very responsive and knowledgeable. The teams that came to my house for the installation were courteous and professional. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. The whole process went very smoothly, and I have very pleased with the result! I would highly recommend Northwest Renewables for your solar power system needs.

The staff and personnel at Northwest Renewables are among the most professional people I have ever worked with. From the initial consultation through the installation of my 28 solar panels, they showed a high degree of expertise, professional behavior, and consideration that made the process of installing solar panels a rewarding and enjoyable experience. When I received my first AVISTA bill after the panels were installed, the bill was reduced by 85% from the previous month's amount. I paid only the base rate of $9.00, which reflected that most of the energy produced in that month was sent back to AVISTA. I could not recommend this company more highly! We got three bids. The bids were somewhat all over the map, but NR's made the most sense and was best in the price range. Grant Neely explained everything very well, and he was patient with folks like us who really didn't know much about how solar energy fit with our existing system. We are very appreciative of the work this company does and give it the highest rating.

We just added a second rooftop system from NW Renewables, and are now completely solar powered. Grant was clear and prompt, always ready to talk us through our options, walk the site with us, and answer all our questions. The install crew was great, very quick and conscientious. Grant oversaw the install, helped us get hooked up with Avista, and then came and walked us through our new system. We couldn't be happier.
