Both John and Tyler were very thorough with their cleaning and inspecting of my woodstove, chimney and pipes. They also took the time to explain what was done and what was needed. I appreciate the fact that I don't have to get on the roof to clean the chimney!

Just had a Hearthstone Manchester installed by Top Hat. Great experience from the time we set foot in the showroom all the way thru the installation. Dan was really knowledgeable and helped us pick a stove to meet our needs, Ben and Jordan did the install they were very professional and did a great job.

Today ws the day for the annual check up on our furnace, filters changed and furnace cleaned and prepped for next winter. This is the second year in a row that Chamuel's has come to perform this function, and as last year, he did a superb job, and answered many questions about the duct work and functioning of the furnace. When I made the appointment for the annual furnace inspection, I requested Chamuels's and will request him again next year. In additon, any technician who has come from Top Hat has been professional and courteous. Thanks again Top Hat for your great service.
