I called to ask why my bill was higher than expected, the lady gave me a brief answer. When her answer didn't explain everything, I continued to ask more questions. I could hear that she was getting frustrated the longer our conversation went on. At the end, when we finally understood each other, I thought I would hear a sense of relieve or maybe a little less frustration from her, but instead her attitude was worse than the beginning. I found her to be rude.

Came to our house and I asked the worker to wait outside the gate and wait while I grab the home owner and the worker said ok and then the worker decided to help himself through the gate and turned off our power and so we called them to make a paymentI find it funny how quick they are to turn the power off and now that they have their money they are taking their sweet time while our food is going bad and dishes cannot be cleaned because you idiots turned off the power your lucky I didn't catch you helping yourself through our gate otherwise you would be trespassing and things would happen that I shall not mention
