After 30 years with EC Energy, I missed my first payment ever. With my mother in the hospital and recently passing I wasn't thinking. So with no email, letter or phone call they disconnected me because I forgot ONE 137 dollar payment. Now they want 503 dollars to reconnect. So much for a being a loyal customer for over 30 years. It sucks.

Their field guys all in all are very good but there is one fellow that seems to have a problem with anybody he comes in contact with and treats us with total disrespect , then smiles about it. I would call him out in this post but will not as maybe the coop will have a talk and he will figure it out that it is him,but i will shall if he keep up his ways.

Eau Claire Energy has the best employees. They were very friendly and efficient on solving my issue.
