Full Spectrum Solar

We really appreciated that Full Spectrum put Brent J, who seems to be much more of a technical guy, out in front for sales. Other companies rubbed us the wrong way because they seemed to put sales, marketing, and promises first (presumably with delivering on the promises taking a back seat).Brent, Leo and crew were great to work with. Always responsive, straight forward, friendly, competent, and always technically adept in their explanations. Low-pressure sales, flexible contracting, made for an extremely customer friendly experience. I didn't lift a single finger on a single key to type up any application for permits, any application for financial incentive, etc.Lastly, I think this reflects on the overall integrity of the company that they had a proactive, creative, and thoughtful plan to keep their customers and employees safe during the COVID-19 crisis, while still being able to move forward with business. It's rare to be completely satisfied on a project of this size, but Full Spectrum pulled it off.

Excellent work and attention to detail. Beautiful solar installation, elegant panel appearance, great work by all involved. Would use again and would recommend to any of my neighbors. Individual panel monitoring, just simply couldn't be happier, especially with Brent.

I appreciate that Ted and everyone at Spectrum made sure we'd be a good fit for solar panels and not blindly sell them to us. The install process was quick (a few days), and they helped us get through some documentation hurdles with Alliant. We found the prices very reasonable, and I never felt like I was getting sold something during the process.

Full Spectrum Solar installed solar panels at Mary House of Hospitality in October of 2018 and we are extremely happy with the project. Mary House is a small non- profit providing hospitality to children and families visiting the Oxford federal prison. Full Spectrum really worked with us to make the system affordable and helped us with fundraising by being willing to put time into designing and planning before we were in a position to sign a contract. They made several site visits even though we are about an hour north of Madison, and they were extremely helpful in planning and sizing the project to work with both our electrical usage and our budget. They put extra time into designing several options, and were very patient with the time it took us to settle on a plan. They worked with us to design a structure to mount the panels on, and helped us save quite a bit by generously coaching us through building the structure ourselves. (Even being reachable by phone on weekends!) They did a wonderful job of working with our local utility company ( Adams Columbia Electric Co-op) to be sure everything went smoothly when the system went online and to help us qualify for a Focus on Energy grant. They were flexible and easy to work with in scheduling the actual installation and all of their work was excellent they were prompt, well organized and efficient, enthusiastic, kind, patient and very professional.Full Spectrum Solar also installed rooftop solar panels on my house in Madison in 2016, and that system has worked flawlessly. It was a much smaller project, but the company was every bit as helpful, responsive, professional and easy to work with. Theyve checked back several times to be sure the panels are working well, and Im totally confident that theyll be available if I ever have a problem with the system. I would absolutely recommend this company.Just an update - its a year later and our system is working flawlessly- having survived a wind storm last fall that flattened our wood shed, a hail storm, heavy rains, and the coldest sub-zero, snowiest winter anyone can remember!
