Very friendly folks. Unfortunately the installation has been a disappointment. Wanted to charge my UTV EV off grid, hasn't ever worked. Charge controller doesn't work, one of the panel mounts is loose and tipping on the roof after only a year, another panel is broken at the connection to the corner of the mount. Haven't come down to address these issues despite multiple calls.

The solar panels used by next are seconds they all have major factory flaws but yet they get full price for them. It's a sad scene and there getting away with it
