I decided a couple years ago to put solar on my home. Being the anal person I am and already with a good working knowledge of solar I did more homework and invited 17 contractors into my home to bid for the job. Well, over half of the contractors knew less about solar than I did, some could not even answer the most basic questions. They were gone. Others made promises I knew they could not keep, such as 'we can have it installed in 30 days' well I know the approval process from APS and SRP takes months, so they were gone. Other contractors were knowledgeable and honest but could not do what I wanted such as providing monocrystaline panels which are superior to polycrystaline panels. I also wanted micro inverters instead of 1 main inverter. The process narrowed to two contractors 1 being Scottsdale Solar. Greg went above and beyond the other contractor to win my business and I can honestly say they exceeded all my expectations. The project was designed, reviewed, installed professionally and most importantly in the time frames agreed upon at contract signature time. I highly recommend them, in fact two of my friends who know how meticulous I am in researching before buying contacted me and said ' if you are going with Scottsdale Solar send them over cause if they passed your process they have to be the best.' They both bought systems and are very happy. Overall Scottsdale Solar is 5+ stars use them you will not be unhappy you did.

You cannot go wrong with Scottsdale Solar! I did a very detailed analysis of my needs prior to selecting the type of solar panels and the contractor. Scottsdale Solar shares my penchant for detail and has provided me with a system that is outstanding!

For several months each year, we pay no electric bill to APS because of the credits for the system output. The maximum electric bill during the summer is now about $100, well below previous bills of about $350.
