We went solar about 2 years ago and have been pleased with with product that was sold to us. We really enjoy the Watt Wise system it has helped us save on our energy costs just as much as the solar has.

Terrible customer service. Our system has been down going on the 4th week now. The total time I have had 1 phone call from one tech who came out and replaced the inverter 10 days ago and the system is still not working. I have left messages on VM because no one answers the phone. No return calls. I finally talked to a person and they said they would have a tech call me, one week later still have not received a phone call. Here it is the summer time when the system would beneficial to have working and no response.

The process was smooth and the crew did a great job. We have had our system for almost a year and we are beyond happy with it. We are seeing the savings we had hoped for with our SRP bill and love being able to monitor our production and usage through our WattWise app! Highly recommend going solar with Arcadia Energy!

Very disappointed in this company. I would definitely not recommend Arcadia Energy. We've been paying way too much for APS and apart the solar panels. It's been more than two years now. ALERT....We're been FRAUD !!!. We've gone tired trying to call and no one answers....and when so, we don't resolve anything. Very poor costumer service very poor quality. This company isn't very honest and takes advantage of the elderly and non-English speaking people.
