Contract reads “cancellation after the three days of contract execution, but prior to commencement of installation, will result in billing of the actual costs incurred up to the date Pure Energy LLC receives notice of the cancellation.” I cancelled prior to installation. I then received an email from their Sales Director informing me that they have put a lien on my home and they are demanding 25% of the contract. They continue to bully and threaten. They’ve told me if I don’t pay they will escalate legally and go after the full contract price. They refuse to provide any documentation as to any actual costs incurred. This company should be avoided. I will never consider solar again after this experience.

The installers did a great job but the project managers is another state had no idea what they are doing. Can't get a straight answer and the VP in Arizona would lie to us and make up excuses why project managers did not do their job. Go with a different company for your solar needs.

I was blessed to have found Pure Energy Solar! They were very professional to work with and added solar panels to all my properties for a very fair price. They worked very hard and completed the job in a great timely manner, I have saved so much money since installing the solar panels!

Had my solar installed without any issues. Everyone from PE solar was extremely receptive, easy to connect with and responsive to questions. The installation went without any issues and my system came online and is working great. Any time I had a question or minor issue come up I was able to connect with them via text or email and received responses within a few hours (sometimes within minutes) and had all minor issues resolved quickly. All of this during a pandemic! Thanks a bunch. Would definitely recommend.

I couldn't have made a better choice then going with Pure Energy Solar! The installation process of my solar panels was very smooth, I have noticed the change in my utility bill dramatically no joke everyone needs solar panels in their home! Thank you to the team at Pure Energy Solar very hard working men!
