Beware! If you aren't a solar expert, be sure to verify 100% of what an Encor salesman tells you BEFORE you enter a contract. I was duped. By the time my panels are paid off (including being forced to give your tax credit to Encor to maintain a lower monthly loan payment) I will have paid almost $50K for 22 panels on my home. I was ASSURED by the salesman that based on the research he did for my home (size, monthly average APS bill), that 22 panels would be more than sufficient to produce enough energy that I would get a very small bill from APS really mostly for fees. He said 'Unless you leave your back door open all day in August, you won't use more than you produce'. Well, you can imagine my surprise when I got a $130 APS bill in addition to the $125/mo I pay for the panels. I am a one person household who is very conservative with my electricity even with panels. So, a word of caution, don't trust the snake oil salesman of Encor. And I'd also like to add that in addition to the panels that I PAID FOR, I was promised a Nest thermostat, LED light bulbs, and a $50 gift card for vouching for how speedy Encor's solar install was done....I had to send 5 emails and a few texts to get them to honor those promises! Shady company just out for a profit and to screw the consumer if they can.

i noticed that they shorted me on my panels. I think it is really bad they would treat a homeowner like that along with leaving a 30 foot extention ladder and pallet in my back yard when i told them i had a 2 yr old kid without asking over Christmas weekend so my daughter could not go out side till they removed everything . I know they r asking for referrals for the company when it is obvious that they don't think the average homeowner wouldn't check to make sure they got what they payed for. I got an email from the lender wanting me to sign off on the job that is not finished. Plus they ruined my gutter by putting there ladder up against it they have not even offered anything to fix the problem they created. They make alot of promises but don't deliver on anything so far. Summer came they promised my bill would not exceed $50.00 a month as long as I did not waist electricity I kept my ac at 78 and my bill went up to 224 a month called them and called them they would not respond. Lost a string of panels took them 2 weeks to come out to fix would not compensate me for my problems or fix my issue with my bill being so high. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY once the get u they forget about u.Trevor Staiger
