I have told Entergy several times to put on record to call me when they come because I have a guard dog that i need to put up. They have failed to listen to this every time they have came to read my meter and the guy 'Oorin' that showed up today had a teaser out he was going to use on my dog. This is unacceptable. A simple call would have done wonders not jumping my neighbors fence to get into my yard and attack my dog.

iam staying whit my cousin temporarily and these company lasted more than 24 hours to fix a black out by 2 trees and our food wen bad it suck to have to relay in such a bad reputacion company

Me and my husband live in a little trailer that a year ago cost us between $120-150 monthly. It got up to 300 this summer and even with budget billing we are paying $180. We both work full time and shut everything off when we are not home. How many others are sick of entergy over charging and ignoring our complaints!

Anyone looking to move to an area covered by Entergy should reconsider. I kid you not, they make you pay a fee just to pay your bill. It's like going to the grocery store for 2 packs of Ramen then getting a $40 fee for buying it. They have a monopoly on the area and it shows
