John Davis worked with me through a complex roofline. He took the calculations back to the design team at least three times to have my concerns addressed. Then he had an expert electrician contact me. The electrician sent great documents and talked out all my concerns. The parts arrived quickly and accurately, and fit like they said they would. It was a first rate, first class experience from start to finish.
