This company is a joke and yes any one who is filing a claim against this scam company please let me know!! I'm blown away by the lack of response to my issues and now I plan on contacting some of LA's Media to get involved.

Starting a small claim with the court against Sunpower. Anyone feel free to ask me for information. Sunpower installed panels in my home that do not work for over 9 months!! and I've paid those months to Sunpower plus to Edison (electricity company) . Sunpower gives no reason or solution.

Nov. 2015 install of 28 X360 panels worked until 2/2018 when system seemed to crash. Even after replacing 28 micro-inverters, 10.6kwh system produces only an average of 3.4kwh. Worse, SunPower has been unresponsive to the on-going issue. A scan of its own Facebook site reveals many more complaints from customers about non-working system, dysfunctional monitoring, and poor customer service. Sadly, even the installer - Semper Solaris - doesn't seem to have a clue as to how best to remedy the problem. 10 more years of monthly payments AND having to pay SDGE? Sounds like warranty failure and litigation.

Non-Existent Customer Support makes the panels useless. We have bought our panels from Sunpower for about a year now and had issues two times when the panels stopped working. The first time it took three months for the company to send someone down and fix the issue. This time around my panels again stopped working in March and I have had no power in 5 months. Customer support does not answer anymore and there is no way to get ahold of anyone. Steer clear of this company as they will not support their product and leave you on your own (As a side note take a look at how many class action lawsuits are going on against Sunpower).

SunPower system on my house has not worked properly since 8 May 2018. Several calls to them have not resolved the issue and they refuse to send a tech out to fix the problem. Company exists to swindle customers out of money. No savings on SDG&E bill. If considering solar try another company.
