STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! RUN! THEY ARE QUICK TO SELL YOU A SYSTEM THAT WILL NOT EVEN PRODUCE ENOUGH ENERGY TO GO A MONTH WITH OUT A BILL FOR THEIR OVER PRICED PANELS. THEY WILL BE VERY AVAILABLE TO YOU UNITL THEY GET PAID AFTER THAT NOTHING IS THEIR PROBLEM AND THEY TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOTHING. THEIR PROPOSAL INCLUDED A 26 PANEL SYSTEM THAT ACCORDING TO THEM WOULD BE SUFFICIENT FOR MY AVERAGE ANNUAL CONSUMPTION AND EVEN FOR ME TO ADD A SWIMMING POOL AND AN ELECTRIC CAR WITH NO PROBLEM. I STILL REQUESTED AN EXTRA 2 PANELS AND JESSE STALKER (VP OF SALES) SAID THAT WAS WAY TOO MUCH THAT WITH 28 PANELS I'D HAVE WAY MORE ENERGY THAN NEEDED BUT WE PROCEEDED WITH THE 28 PANELS. FAST FORWARD ONE YEAR AND THOSE 28 PANELS HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET ME THROUGH ANY MONTH WITH OUT A BILL FROM EDISION. CAN YOU IMAGINE HAD I NOT INCREASED TO 28 PANELS? I PAY MORE NOW THEN I EVER DID THEN BEFORE I HAD PANELS. THEY LIED ABOUT A 17K SALES INCENTICVE BUYDOWN OPTION, JESSE SAID IT WAS A GUARANTEE CHECK FROM NEXUS NOW ACOORDING TO OLIVIA SAMUELS (DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE) SAYS ITS A TAX CREDIT AND NOT GUARANTEED. SO BASICALLY I AM SCREWED BECAUSE NEXT MONTH IF I DONT BUY DOWN MY PAYMENT FOR THE PANELS WILL INCREASE BECAUSE SAID CHECK NEVER ARRIVED. THE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS JESSES GARAY IS NOW INVOLVED AND IS ALSO IGNORING ME. HE HAS COMPLETELY WASHED HIS HANDS SAYING THEY ARE NOT IN BREECH OF CONTRACT AS THE PANELS ARE OPERATING AT 85% AND THE REST IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM. WHAT ABOUT THE PROMISE TO SELL ME A SYSTEM WITH THE CAPACITY TO SUSTAIN MY CURRENT HOUSEHOLD POWER USAGE AND A POOL EQUIPMENT AND AN ELECTRICAL CAR IN THE FUTURE. WELL THE SYSTEM FELL SHORT IT CAN'T HANDLE MY CURRENT POWER AND IT SURE WON'T BE ABLE TO HANDLE POOL EQUIPMENT OR THE ELECTRIC CAR, WE TOLD THEM WOULD COME. BUT IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT IF IT OPERATES AT 85% IT'S OKAY SO MAYBE THEY WANT ANOTHER $53,000 TO GET ME A SYSTEM THAT WILL WORK. IF THIS COMPANY HAD DONE THEIR JOB CORRECTLY THE SYSTEM WOULDN'T BE FALLING SHORT! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY DON'T WALK RUN AWAY! OR THEY WILL RUN WITH YOUR MONEY!

From sales person to install, and amazing experience. Was able to be up and running in less than four weeks from sign up. Install crew was fast had the job installed in one day. Color matched our stucco on all related piping and upgraded main panel with ease. Would highly recommend Nexus to all.

The company uses American made products and always replay quickly to my inquiries about my solar system. Only gripe was the company did not inform me when my system was fully operational and I had to ask them.

They did accidentally damage a screen on one of our windows but had it replaced and back to new within a couple hours. We are excited to now be producing our own power!
