This UPS store charges $2 just to print! The guy at the front said this was a charge per the owner. So, being a Sausalito resident I drove to the Corte Madera UPS store instead where everyone Ive encountered is FRIENDLY and there is no service fee of $2.00 just to send a document to print (of course there is a .12c per b&w page to print, but even in Sausalito that charge is stated on the printer, yet the guy told me a different price). If so, CHANGE THE COST LISTING PRICE ON THE PRINTER. The owner price gauges, and for that I refuse to stop in to this place and use their service again. FedEx In Sausalito doesnt have this $2.00 service charge either, so if you need something printed, go to FEDEX down the road by Mollie Stones (and everyone at this location is friendly too). Theres too much competition in the world to lose business because of unfriendliness and charging ridiculous fees.

Yay! Great news: there is New Management/Owner. This store now has Really good Customer Service. The staff is efficient/ smart.Once, had them wrap/ ship a set of china across country - it was done with perfection. I am there more than four times a month - minimum.The new boss-owner is kind, friendly and a welcome change. Carl is Great!

The owner is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. When returning amazon boxes that are already paid for by amazon, makes up bogus up charges to scam customers. Like $2 charge for taping a box, $3.5 for printing a label, etcDont bother with this one, simply use another location. We switched to one in a city and never had a problem.

Charges $5 PER DAY if you send something there because they don't want to be in the service business (holding anything). Sounds like they need to shut down and let someone else do this kind of service work.

We have used this site for years...as a rule, employees come and go.Good News: There is a New Owner! Phew. Great staff: especially Carl, the calm, wise, professional stayed. He is the reason we return for all our shipping needs. Met the new owner :very nice guy.
