Norm and Chase were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I really, really tried to give them a chance but this company is not managed well or pleasant to work with. I have panels installed by Solcius and they work (sort of) but Meraki owes me almost $900 for utility reimbursements, a referral bonus, and LED light credits. It's taken my FIVE MONTHS to contact my rep, and he's repeatedly set up meetings he won't show up for. I've cleared my schedule dozens of times to be stood up, and it's absolutely infuriating. My panels are also NOT producing what I signed up for. They're barely making even 60% of the power we use in a day, and by now we should be generating way more than we're using. If that wasn't bad enough Meraki doesn't seem interested in sending a technician out to fix it. Use literally any other solar company, this is a nightmare.

My monthly electric bill averages about $300 dollars a month having 5 kids it gets pretty tough keeping up with all the bills, 3 1/2 weeks ago Marcos knocked on my door and told me about the energy savings program with Meraki solutions and the net-metering program though the utility company I have to be honest I was skeptical at first as Marcos told me he could lower my bill 20%-40% and it sounded to good to be true a day later he showed up with his manager Emlio and they both explained the program to me and how it worked, Emilio was very professional and understanding of my concerns and needs, My monthly electric bill now went from $300 a month to now flat rate of $187, they almost cut my bill in half these guys are awesome! Let them help you lower your bill with solar, they promised I wouldnt pay anything to switch and I didnt, I now have a beautiful renewable energy system on the roof of my house producing me energy as well as credits

Finally installed! No money paid out of pocket nor did I ever pay anything for the whole installation process., We were at first a bit weary because of they approached us at our door, but after calling CS Utilities they informed us about Net Metering and that Meraki was just a solar company. our sales rep Normando clarified and went through the whole process.
