I got a error on my system 2 weeks ago. So I tried to call RGS Engery to talk to them about it. I have tried to call them for the last 2 weeks with no answer. I have left a message on the voice mail 4 times and never got a call back. If you are going to install solar DO NOT USE THEM. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

I agree with the last reviewer... Good initial install, and for a few years they even offered good support... Lately, I have no way of getting a hold of them... And have tried to go through their sales department...No luck...

BUYER BEWARE! DON'T USE RGS. They are great when it comes to selling the equipment to you, but the support is horrible. My PV system is well within the warranty and it began to throw an 'ARC FAULT' on the inverter. I attempted to contact the customer service team and was forced leave voicemails. After the fourth attempt, I selected the sales team and they picked up immediately but couldn't do anything for me - directing me back to customer service. After two weeks of this routine the sales associate suggested filling out a form online, which I did. A customer service person contacted me back within 24 hours. Based on the 'ARC FAULT' her only advice was to 'Turn off' then 'Turn back on' the system; that was the extent of her technical aptitude. She continued by offering to send out a technician at $350.00 'none negicable.' Next step- file a claim with the BBB.
