Rep would not assist me in changing my password after the online service failed. He insisted upon talking to my husband who does not handle the bills, nor is he in the house. My name is on the account. I have the right account number. I have the right phone number/SS numbers. We are out of state at our cabin and I want to pay my bill on time as usual. If that's their policy, then it's a lousy one when a couple is not treated equally when calling about the account.
