This place has been a nightmare to deal with from the word go! If I could give them a negative amount of stars I would! From delayed installs to not being able to fix their own equipment. They lack professionalism as well.

Jolene called prior to her arrival to let us know she was on her way. She called when she got here and was extremely efficient in carrying out the various tests to our system. She let me know when the work was completed and answered my questions. We're very pleased with her responsiveness and work ethic.
