I can NOT stand this company. Power went out at 2:41pm. NO TRUCKS COME THROUGH UNTIL 3 HOURS LATER. Mind you, this underground power line was damaged NOT DURING BAD WEATHER. Why on EARTH does it take them 3 hours to get one truck out here? Its almost 6pm. Truck left. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHEN IT WILL BE FIXED. This is the worst customer service ever. Having NO ELECTRICITY IN FLORIDA IN THE SUMMER TIME is an absolute atrocity. We deserve better. UPDATE: 6:52pm. They had to call in NRC. Couldnt even figure it out themselves. GO FIGURE.

Residents of Palm Shores have lost power more than five times this past month! Once for over seven hours! Why are we receiving this third-world-country quality service? Do better!

Power goes out constantly no matter how the weather is,have lost progress while playing ps4 because of it. Not one to usually do this but have been dealing with it for years and I'm over it!

I called and was not given a time frame for a technician to arrive. 'Next available technician' which means between now and the foreseeable future. I was not given any usefull information
