Had my home done and I didn't receive eveything that was written in our contract. First I was offered 26 panels they only applied 24, also a VSPP pool pump never installed. I called and when they finally picked up the phone they said once you sign your documents then we will get that pool pump installed. I signed the completed documents and they received their money from the bank. I emailed again about the pool pump and still nothing. I would recommend to people whol use Solar Home to first get eveything complete before you sign anything especially bank papers, because once they get their money Solar Home's will never do a follow up or finish what they promise.

If I could write without giving this company a star, that's what I would do. This company has a TERRIBLE problem with communication. They dont do their job. It's always an excuse after the other. They tell you that they will be at a certain day or time and then they appear weeks or a month later. If I could return the damn panels back to these people and not deal with them anymore, that's what o would do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE AT ALL!

We just bought a house with solar on it. This company came out today to wash our solar panels. They were friendly, on time, very professional and actually taught us about our system. Will definitely use them again.
