It was okay inventory is running very low

Made a purchase this morning and the cashier was not very nice. Told her I was tax exempt. She proceeded to go to the tax-exempt screen(s) and went past it. I told her you have to back up to the last screen. She said all you have to do is tell me your number. I've been working here for a long time I don't need to hear all that. I was just trying to be nice and helpful. Older lady with all kinds of awards and badges pinned everywhere. Very unprofessional for such a career employee. Wise up and start treating customers better. I'd expect that behavior from the incompetent young people that are working there in the evenings.

I went to the Gurnee store to purchase a dishwasher. Unfortunately that location was out of stock. Steve got on the computer and saw that the Round Lake Beach location still had a few in stock. He then contacted Jared at the Round Lake location who was waiting for me when I got there! These two men get an A+ for customer service and satisfaction!
