Trying to talk to the supervisor or manager, but he (the guy name Ian) trying to send to something else, if i have choice to choose instead ameren, probably more happy, this company is a bad management and they dont help you to solve your problem

I called twice 30 and 10 minutes before closing because I needed to hurry and set up my gas (I forgot I had to I'm new to having a house). I asked a lot of questions and I thought the three people u talked to were all very helpful and asked questions to clarify what I was saying and gave me more information about the process and set me up to get someone to my house the next day! Tasha was specifically very helpful and felt like talking to a friend. Thank you Tasha :)

Out of every Power and Gas Company I've ever dealt with in my entire adult life Ameren is the absolute worst and if I had a choice I would never deal with these people for the amount of money they charge you their equipment is inferior and always broke you never get a discount when you're without power and you are at least 4 times a month no matter where you live absolute worst business practices I've ever seen oh and their help desk yeah if that's help you'd probably have better luck banging your head against a brick wall I recommend moving somewhere Ameren is not cwlp is way better and cheaper
