I had a very disappointing experience with this company. First they required that I provide them with my utility usage information for the past year, and a Google image of my property. Then they refused to do a site visit to answer my questions about installation. Then, after waiting a couple months they told me that I would have less than an hour to review their proposal before a scheduled conversation with their representative. I requested a couple days to review their proposal before discussion, but they refused. Thus, I lost a lot of time and some significant state rebates were lost. After contacting other solar companies they were able to obtain the needed information without my input, and they performed site visits to answer my questions. I give this company a very poor evaluation in basic customer service.
