Our system was activated on 03/18/19 by Ameren. In the 12 month period ending 04/27/20, I paid $22.22 for 393 kwh of electricity used (March billing) plus $15.99 for delivery charges, taxes and fees, thus I am pleased with the system installed by IM Sustainable. I do pay Ameren a monthly meter and customer charge of approximately $14 per month. In the 12 month period prior to activation, I had paid $1379 to Ameren for delivery, kwh's, taxes and fees. In the 12 months prior to activation, we used and paid for 12,159 kwh's compared to 393 kwh's in the last 12 months. As long as the sun shines, we are making electricity. Go solar.

i am using a pseudonym but would gladly talk with anyone considering solar installation from IMSustainable. They were wonderful to work with, very thorough, very patient, very professional. All my questions were answered respectfully. The actual installation was also smooth as all the subcontractors were skilled and capable. I would recommend IMSustainable to any and all! Spoke to Michelle and Ben from IIM sustainable . Shopped them against a major solar provider company . Found the smaller provider to be way more reachable when I had a problem or question . With the other company , I was dealing with salesman , foreman , information team , installing team , accounting team . Etc etc . Michelle and Ben made sure my install was done quicker than any other provider could offer and with better service . Cannot recommend this company enough . You will absolutely be thrilled with your system and if you go with IM sustainable , you will be wowed by the service , communication and attention to detail . Michelle and Ben were great to work with during the entire process. Both kept me up to date on what was going on, and they were easily accessible whenever I had questions. At no point did I feel any pressure from either of them to buy the system. They sat down with me to explain all of the process and benefits, but there were no high pressure sales. The cost of the project was lower than my other bids, however, I feel that the quality of work and materials was still as good as what anybody else would have provided. I am hoping to work with them again in the future.
