When I was approached by Jillian Vandervelde about getting solar I wanted to do it, but didn't think my family could afford another expense. When he explained to me how solar would actually save us money!!! It was a no brainer! Communication throughout the whole process was fantastic and all the workers were very friendly. I would/will recommend Moxie Solar to all my family and friends! Also, now that everything is installed it is pretty cool to watch the app as our solar saves us money!

Ive heard good things about this company and their solar setups. so; I tried to schedule a consultation with them. First impressions are never good when the person that picks up the phone seems very disorganized and is driving at that. So after making my appointment a day or two goes by before the first reschedule, then on the day of the rescheduled appointment they texted me to say they had 'read the calendar wrong' and had to push my appointment further back in the day. For someone who is working a 60+ hour work week this is very inconvenient when the little time I get to myself I would rather be spending with friends and family. ultimately I just canceled my appointment to go with any other solar company so I cant speak for their workmanship, but at the end of the day they seem very disorganized and unprofessional.

I was able to take advantage of the Solarize Iowa program last year as we were planning to build a new house. The crew that accomplished the installation were great and worked through some pretty bad weather last winter and this spring to get everything installed. Now that the solar system is up and running I have had great returns and significantly lower utility bills.

Every step was handled in a professional manner. Our rep did an awesome job explaining how everything would work to us and we also love that we can review how its working on an app. We are fully switched over and have not noticed a difference other then a lower bill!
