They were called for a tire repair 15 miles away said it would be 90 mins then after the 90 mins it would be another hour after that hour it turned into 3-4 hours before we could get someone out to you ended up canceling the call and calling another shop and they were out here in no time i do not recomend them for any kind of service or repairs

Would give zero stars if I could. No respect for my time, they just chat away endlessly. Only have one tech working. No one seems to know what they are doing. Took Patty behind the counter forever to email an invoice to my company. She isn't the new girl either so no excuse. The reason it took her so long is because she keeps getting side tracked. Tech doesn't want to be there. He finished a 5 minute job in one hour just walking back and forth and disappearing for minutes at a time.

Stopped in there for a quick repair of a light that quit working. It was mid morning and when I called they said they were not busy and it shouldn't take long so I stopped. Went in checked in and was told it would be a little bit. Everyone inside was just BSing with each other, no work in the shop. After an hour I went back in and asked how much longer and was told it would be with in the hour.After 3 hours I went back in and was told it would be early evening before anyone could look at my truck.They never pulled in any trucks to work on them while I was there, I finally left and went somewhere else.

They gave a time of when the service tech would be at my location. Showed up late , I made it clear I had an appointment that was critical.

They stole my emergency slim Jim I had for recues so they stole from a 1st responder /firefighter and truck was there a week for 1 part and 4 hrs down the road the same problem they cost me 750$ for nothing never again will I go there and they just stood at counter and talked to each other instead of doing there job
