THERE ARE REASONS THIS COMPANY'S RATINGS ARE SO LOW. THE GOOD RATINGS WERE PROBABLY BY EMPLOYEES (OR THEIR FRIENDS OR FAMILY MEMBERS)...except for one I believe is legitimate. I ALSO STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT EMBEZZLEMENT IS TAKING PLACE THERE, FROM SOMEONE(S) AT THE TOP.

This company can't keep the lights on! Already gone 36 hours without power and no end in sight. Crew was out here yesterday for just a couple of hours but we never saw them DO anything. They charge way too much for such lousy service and rude, condescending customer service. They act like it doesn't matter because it's not affecting them personally.

Absolutely terrible. Power has been out for several days and the only information coming from them is 'We're working on it, might be today, might be tomorrow'. That is terrible information when you are caring for 2 elderly individuals (80+) in which 1 just had surgery and the other has pneumonia. Not to mention it has been close to/below freezing. Absolutely absurd.
