Northeast Solar was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had quaotes from four other solar companies and I couldn't be happier with NES. From the very first visit with their sales guy (Zach) who didn't try heavy handed hard sales tactics like other companies, to their completion of the project they have been wonderful. Even since completing the project five months ago (Feb. 2019), they have been prompt, polite and helpful in answering any and all questions I have. My only regret is that I didn't do solar earlier. I would highly recommend Northeast Solar, and would without a doubt use them again!

Our solar system went 'live' this past Friday and I need to say that this has been one of the best experiences I have had with any company. From the first informational meeting we attended through completion of the project, Northeast Solar communicated every step of the way. Questions were answered clearly, without tech-speak, their estimates were transparent, and we always knew when they would be on site and what they would be doing (especially appreciated during the COVID quarantine). They took care of all the permitting, inspections and communication with the state and the utility company, doing the leg work but keeping us apprised each step of the way. The installation was efficient and professional, and the staff was pleasant and respectful. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with Northeast Solar.

We had a great experience with Northeast Solar from start to finish. Design work was done during spring/summer 2018, and the arrays went live in mid-September 2018. All the work was done professionally, and there was very good communication and feedback with the Northeast Solar team. It is now late July 2019 and the system has been exceeding expectations. No problems at all, I haven't had to pay an electric bill since March, and I'm well on my way to being net zero energy consumption thanks to this PV system. I would strongly recommend Northeast Solar to any homeowner looking to add a PV system to their house.

When we were told that our old house was not structurally able to hold solar panels we thought, it was not meant to be. Then we met Zach of Northeast Solar who was tabling at an event. He explained that the company had completed a project involving solar panels mounted to a stand alone timber frame structure. We decided to go this route and add a patio underneath. For a reasonable price we got high quality panels, and are getting paid for the excess energy we are producing. We also love that Northeast Solar employees have installed several solar energy systems for non-profits and not charged for the labor. Zach made the process very easy for us by staying on top of all the details. Thanks again Zach.
