Yet another reason to move. Everyone pays whether everyone uses. Even service members deployed have to pay for it all if they need to leave any part of it on. Sad state of affairs...

Bad service and extremely expensive. in different states there's different company you can pick like internet service it's your choice. they even have offers like for example on Friday the electricity is free but here only one company so you can imagine!!!
