This company failed in moving my power pole in a timely manner that I paid to have removed, their service is terrible and if I could go to another company for power I would move today.

The most horrible company to work with. Horrible customer service, they took all the face to face offices. If i could give it 0 stars I would, if u have the option to have a different utility company go with the other guys, even if it cost u more

I religiously paid my bill on time.... even ahead $200+ in preparation for the upcoming Winter. However, I moved to a different county where Xcel did not provide services. After 20 years with this company, they tell me they can not and will not refund this money. Note to others out there who try to plan ahead.... DON'T with this company!
