I'm experiencing problems with either the performance or utility credit or net meter as i am having no savings this month. I'm stuck with a big NVengergy bill and a sunrun bill and I can't get any help from sunrun unless I pay an extra $95 an hour with a two hour minimum to have a tech sent over. Until then its TWO energy bills for me as I'm not producing enough to credit NVengergy. I don't feel like a customer, I feel like a prisoner under their contract.Then when I take a closer look at the contract word for word I find myself repeating in my head over and over 'WOW THEY ARE SO GREEDY'Then when I search local news about Sunrun I see a story on poor Mr. Christian Hartmann reported by 13 Action News KTNV, who went through the same exact thing I'm going through with a lesson on reading the contract carefully.BOTTOM LINE: If I would have taken the time to digest everything in the contract that Sunrun wrote up, I would not have signed up. By design, the sales person is always charming and says all the things u wanna hear.READ THE CONTRACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I may have to file with the Nevada State Contractors Board next.

Door to door people lie to you and say they work for your power company. Also they cant read a no soliciting sign. In addition during the times of COVID 19 if you are going to have them going door to door make them wear a mask and follow the protocols issues by the state and the cdc.

Noah Carson was fantastic. The process was very well managed and instillation was very professional. Noah and his team were on top of every detail. Its been 6 months now and I love getting only a $16.00 NV energy bill in the heat of the Las Vegas summer!

First of all, I believe in Solar and think it is a great idea to get panels on your home. That being said, stay away from Sunrun. It took them months to correct an issue caused by their contracted installer. Took three months longer to get the system up and running because they wouldn't get someone out to fix the issue. After install, I have pigeon problems. I have tried to contact Sunrun about this and they will not even return my emails. Horrible customer service.
