The Roof Maker

On June 14 I called Roof maker to get a quote at which time I was told they would send someone out to take pictures and once that was done they would get me a price. Couple weeks later they sent someone out to take the pictures, no call received. Two weeks ago I called to check on it and was told the mom had been on vacation and she does the quotes but now that shes back I should hear something by Wednesday or Thursday. Still no call. I call on Tuesday and the mother answers and says she needs to look into it and will call me back. Today August 8th I call again, why am I bothering ( I dont know), Divina the mother tells me that because it is a low roof Greg needs to call me back, at which time I tell her just forget it, if it takes this long to get a quote I cant imagine how long it would take them to get the job done.

The Roof Maker, who installed our roof before we bought our house, came to check on what I thought was a leak in the roof. There ended up being no leak, just my faulty eyes seeing what I thought was water in our pot lights. Greg inspected the pot lights, the attic and went on the roof to give me peace of mind. Thank you Greg and Nathan for humoring me. They were friendly and professional. And our 7 yr old roof looks great. I definitely recommend them.

Scheduling was easy. Greg came on time and quickly provided an estimate and then the most amazing part. He made sure that our repair was completed, working on the Tuesday before Hurricane Florence to get our repair done before the storm. The piece of mind this gave us was beyond measure. Roofmaker is our choice for life!

Our roof received significant hail damage and the storm chasing roofing companies from out of state began making their rounds doing free appraisals and contacting and filing insurance claims. No estimates or sample of their product were provided. When I inquired about the cost I was told they they didn't know until they received the amount that the insurance company would pay to replace the roof. I decided to get a second estimate. I called The Roof Maker and I am happy that I did. They responded quickly, provided me with samples of their product and a fair estimate which was a couple of thousand dollars less than the storm chasers wanted to charge me. The quality of both the roofing materials they installed and the professionalism of every employee I spoke with or met impressed me. As a part of their repairs the removed old electric fans and replaced them with energy efficient solar roof fans in my attic. Great people and they do a great job. I recommend them highly.
