Duke Energy employees recently worked on the box infront of my residence when I was at work. When I came home the front right side of my property was destroyed, the pine straw that was once in the flower bed was now gone and the grass that was once in my yard was mostly mud with two large rocks tucked under the bushes. With cameras placed in the front yard you can observe the employees showing no signs of caring that they are tearing up my yard or attempting to fix it once finished. When calling to get my yard fixed I was told that they would be sending someone out to see what they can do the following day by 12. No surprise that no one came, At 1 I received a phone call from an employee telling me that they have 100s of property damage reports and they are backed up and will either try and see my claim tomorrow or within the next few weeks. This is the third time that Duke Energy has came to the same box to fix some issues they have going on and the third time my yard has been damaged. I refuse to keep paying out of my pocket to fix my yard for there employees laziness . So I will continue to wright reviews every day until this issue is resolved.

I didn't even want to give one star . They have the worse service I've ever seen. I've been paying my light bill as it comes in. But one night around 1130 my lights Goes out. I go the next morning to find the problem. Well that was my fault. I do own up when things are my fault. So I paid my light bill they didn't turn my lights back on for 4 days. I lost all my food in my freezer. And the worst thing. My light bill was 154.00. And after all the mess I had with them. I just thought it might better just to take out from my check. But then I get another light bill for the same as lasts months and I didn't have lights for 4 days go figure. So I called them up and told them don't dare take money from my account. And you know what they did with no money in my account. The sane 154.00 and no lights for 4 days. They not reading no damn meter they guessing they not doing their JOB. I even called the CEO or who ever it may be Lynn Good. And I wrote her and told her what happened. Nothing. They are not doing their job and they to stupid to realized it. That shows how people try and get you. So be careful messing with Duke energy. We need another company and I will have her tired in. It's not right. People just don't have no damn sense they will just hire anyone off the streets. . I will put ad in paper about duke energy. They are NO GOOD. That was wrong of what they done.
