Great experience from start to finish. We researched and got several estimates before choosing Cape Fear Solar. They were the only company that really looked at our individual needs and didn't just try to sell us as many panels as possible.Forrest was always quick to respond and helpful when answering any questions we had.The workmanship on the instillation was top-notch and we couldn't be happier with the entire project.

CFSS is an outstanding business. We installed an 11Kw system on our roof a year ago and it was one of the most professional, clean install, and thorough customer service experiences I have ever had. All their staff were super professional and exceptionally kind and respectful. The system is running perfectly and CFSSs support from initial sales through install and follow up has set a gold standard for me in what a business can provide to customers. Our experience with Cape Fear Solar has been excellent, and I highly recommend working with them to design a system that works for your needs!Our system has been consistently overproducing, and we have not paid an electricity bill since January. On average, our system has been saving us more than what the monthly payment on the system costs us. We are very excited to be doing our part to reduce our carbon emissions and saving money at the same time!

From the initial contact, this has been a model of outstanding customer service.No pressure sales, they welcomed my input, scheduling was right on time. Email contact was immediate. Installation crew were local guys who took their time and respected my property. They were friendly and did quality work...i know because I was over their shoulder, and they didn't mind.Follow up was just as they described...I would absolutely do business with them again.
