There is not a time where we had a storm that the power stayed on. Same neighborhood, every time. Make sure you do NOT receive your power from these people, because not only is the power inconsistent, but your bill will be ridiculous even for a small 1 story house.

This company is so rude and they talk to you any kind of way. They do not have any good customer service skills. Retrain the whole staff and CEO !!!!

High Point electric is not only heartless, (really, a small child in the home is not a valid reason for a simple one week extension?!?) but the rates are absurd. Our 3bedroom ranch regularly sees power bills of over $350. Co tracti g power from Duke and marking it up sky high is no way to run a business. And not giving us the option to choose Duke Power when just across the street they have Duke should be criminal. It isnt, but it should be. Reading these reviews, the only decent reviews are from Florida no one with regular contact with High Point Power respects them. That should tell you something.
