This has been one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. CMS has answered questions, helped with paperwork for power companies and the USDA, and shown up exactly when they said they would. Installing solar can be a daunting task, but these folks know what they're doing and are incredibly helpful. I've enjoyed my interactions with Stewart, who owns the company, Sheryl and Megan, who work in the office, and Luke and Ben, who installed the system. My solar commissioning date is tomorrow, and I am sorry for the process to end.

We were very happy with the installation process. Stewart marked off the area for the panels, we cleared the area, and the installation process was as a smooth as silk. We did have one issue that the company worked with us to resolve. So we would like to commend them for their service after the sale. We had not had an electric bill over $100 until the gray days of winter and the accompanying temperatures arrived. We're obviously not making as much electricity as we did during the bright days of summer.

We are very pleased with our solar installation by Carolina Mountain Solar. Our system has now been active and producing energy from the sun for over two months and everything seems to be working perfectly. The staff of Carolina Mountain Solar has been great to work with, from initial concept, through design, application to TVA and our EMC, installation, commissioning, and followup. They were especially helpful in working with our complicated scheduling issues during the installation process. Installation was very professional and surprisingly fast. We are now enjoying watching the kilowatt-hours accumulate from our planets unlimited power source. We highly recommend Carolina Mountain Solar.
